Ai Video Cut was created to turn long-form video into short, platform-ready content for formats like Shorts, TikTok, trailers, and ads. I proposed the initial product direction, designed the MVP, and helped take it from idea to launch on an aggressive timeline.

The first version shipped in six weeks. From there, I built out the brand platform, the design system, and the early product language needed to scale the experience beyond MVP. The product went on to reach 25,000+ users and roughly 12% month-over-month growth during its first six months.

The result was a focused AI workflow for creators and marketers: prompt-based clipping, transcript editing, smart crop, captions, multilingual support, and flexible export formats designed for fast publishing.
