At 4K Download, I led a broad product design effort across the company’s desktop ecosystem. The work covered redesigning five core applications, shaping several new products, and building a more coherent cross-platform experience across Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu.

My focus was not only on visual refreshes, but on the product mechanics that directly affect growth: onboarding, paywalls, control panels, and the overall clarity of the interface. I also proposed and shipped a built-in browser feature that increased daily engagement and helped modernize the product experience.

During this period, the product suite grew to more than 60 million users. The result was a cleaner, more scalable design foundation that made the apps easier to evolve while reducing the weight of legacy UI decisions.
