LALAL.AI is an AI audio product built around high-quality stem separation and voice enhancement. As the founding designer, I helped define the product from its earliest stage and turned that direction into a scalable experience across web, mobile, and desktop.

My role covered both product and brand. I created the visual standard that unified the platform, built the brand foundations from scratch, and shaped the product language so it could support rapid growth without losing clarity or consistency.

As the company expanded, I also helped build the design function itself: hiring designers, introducing DesignOps practices, and creating a system that made product work more repeatable. One of the most important contributions was proposing and validating the Voice Cleaner direction, which became a meaningful revenue driver.
