Ai Video Cut started with a focused challenge: make AI video repurposing feel fast, directed, and ready for publishing from day one. I proposed the initial product direction, designed the MVP, and helped take the product from idea to launch on an aggressive timeline.

The first version shipped in six weeks. From there, I built the brand platform, design system, and early product language needed to scale the experience beyond the MVP. The product reached 25,000+ users and roughly 12% month-over-month growth during its first six months.

The result was a focused workflow for creators and marketers: prompt-based clipping, transcript editing, smart crop, captions, multilingual support, and flexible export formats designed around fast publishing.
